ZenoSust does not ask customers to email card details, banking credentials or payment screenshots. The order reference and UTR are checked against the credited business transaction.
- Select the required access plan and applications.
- Receive a unique ZenoSust order reference.
- Pay using the verified bank-transfer or business-UPI instructions supplied for that order.
- Email the order reference and UTR to ZenoSust.
- ZenoSust verifies the credited payment and records the invoice or receipt.
- An administrator issues a single-use activation link tied to the approved email and organisation.
- The customer accepts the terms, creates a password and activates the organisation.
- The system records applications, permitted users and runs, activation and expiry dates, payment reference and invoice number.
