This notice covers website enquiries, registered accounts and planning diagnostics provided through ZenoSust.
Information we collect
Enquiries may include your name, business email, organisation, area of interest and message. Registration collects the account information requested on the registration form. Diagnostics process the planning workbooks you upload and generate analysis results. Access records, trial usage and diagnostic activity are recorded to operate the service.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, review access requests, administer accounts and trial limits, validate planning data and generate requested diagnostics. We do not sell enquiry information.
Retention and security
Uploaded workbooks are stored in private application storage. The diagnostic upload page displays the configured workbook retention period; deletion is scheduled rather than immediate. Workbook deletion does not automatically delete account information, diagnostic activity records or previously downloaded reports. Administrative access is restricted. Contact us to discuss retention or deletion of information associated with your account.
Before uploading data
Upload only data you are authorised to use. Remove personal, banking, credential and regulated information. For an initial evaluation, use anonymised or sample planning data and avoid confidential formulations or other trade secrets unless a suitable arrangement has been agreed.
